ACC 2036 GOR precludes it. If ACC’s GOR was 2026,

this Summer quite possibly could have shaped the next 30+ years of college alignment.

There is no ROI because any departing ACC member home game rights would go to ESPN. That ACC team would provide little value to the B1G/Fox. Only way to is to fight the GOR in court.
